Data Hub Setup is a foundational implementation engagement that activates HubSpot Data Hub as the quality and integration layer of your CRM. We configure the data quality tooling, deduplication, formatting automation, and first sync connections, so the data your teams and AI tools rely on stops degrading silently.

The result is a portal where quality is maintained by machinery, not by heroics, and a documented foundation the rest of the Data Hub modules, integrations, modeling, governance, build on.

Is Data Hub the same thing as Operations Hub?
Data Hub is the evolution of Operations Hub in HubSpot's current lineup. The core capabilities, data sync, data quality automation, programmable workflow actions, datasets at higher tiers, carry over and keep expanding. If you hold Operations Hub licenses, your features map onto what this module configures.
We have Sales and Marketing Hub. What does Data Hub add that we do not already have?
Sales and Marketing Hub let you use data; Data Hub keeps it usable. Automated quality monitoring, dedupe at scale, format fixing, and two-way sync with external systems are Data Hub territory. If your team spends hours per month on manual cleanup exports, that is the signal the gap is real.
Is this a one-time cleanup or an ongoing system?
The setup is a project; the effect is ongoing, because we automate the fixes instead of performing them once. Records get formatted and deduplicated as they arrive. What remains for humans is reviewing the edge cases the automation flags, and our Data Governance module or a retainer covers that operating rhythm if you want it staffed.
