Hi, I'm Gracjan. I'm a HubSpot consultant.

Spectage is the HubSpot consultancy I wish I'd had when I was running marketing in-house. Deep on the platform, comfortable in code, here past launch.

The path

Engineering, then marketing, then HubSpot.

I didn't plan a HubSpot career. It found me through a sequence of roles - each one taught me something the next one needed.

  1. 2016 - 2019 · IT

    Engineering & integrations

    Started in IT consulting - infrastructure, network, integrations. Learned to read API docs the way most people read newspapers. Discovered that a clean integration beats a clever one every time.

  2. In-house B2B marketing

    Living inside HubSpot

    Years running marketing & RevOps inside Polish B2B companies - from early-stage SaaS to mid-market. Used HubSpot every day. Broke it, fixed it, built workflows that actually got used. That's where I went deep on the platform and saw what it can do when it's set up well.

  3. 2021 - Now · Spectage

    HubSpot consultancy

    Started Spectage in 2021 because HubSpot was the first CRM I genuinely enjoyed using - and I wanted other companies to feel that. HubSpot Solutions Partner. Implementations, audits, migrations, and custom integrations across SaaS, services, and Polish mid-market.

Audit before scope.

Every engagement starts with a portal review and process audit. We tell you what's working before we tell you what to buy. If HubSpot isn't the right answer, we'll say so.

Fixed scope, fixed price.

Implementations and retainers come as defined packages. Fixed deliverables, fixed timelines, fixed pricing - so you know what you're getting before we start, and your finance team knows what to expect.

Build

Weekly cadence, async-first.

Shared Slack channel, weekly checkpoint, async-first communication. You see what we're building as we build it. Decisions happen in writing so the trail stays with you.

Stay

Past launch, into month four.

Launch is one milestone. We stay through the workflows that need tuning, the integrations that need new endpoints, and the reporting questions that surface once the team has been using it for a while.
