Stages depend on the rep
One rep moves a deal to negotiation after the first call, another after a discount talk, and the manager guesses what will close.
Every morning, reps see who to call and which quote is waiting on a reply. Leadership gets a forecast straight from the pipeline, without chasing numbers from every rep.

The quote went out on Tuesday, the customer went quiet, and the rep remembers them two weeks later.
The day before the leadership meeting, someone calls every rep and types the numbers into a spreadsheet.
Each stage has an exit condition and required fields, so negotiation means the same thing for every rep.
Tasks, meetings and stalled deals on one screen. The day starts with a ready list of calls and emails.
Emails and meetings are logged on the customer. A post-quote sequence sends follow-ups and stops when the customer replies.
New leads go to reps in rotation, by territory or by industry. When a lead sits untouched, the owner gets a task.
Deal value by stage, targets and rep results in one report. Leadership looks at the same numbers as the team.
A Breeze agent finds companies that match your customer profile and writes them a first email. At the start, you approve every email before it goes out.
AI implementationYou tell me how your reps work today and where they track deals. I outline what Sales Hub would look like for you.
We map a deal’s path from first contact to signature: stages, exit criteria and where deals stall the longest. The result and a license recommendation go into the implementation document.
You buy the license, and I set up the pipeline, properties, views, sequences and lead routing. I move open deals and contacts before launch, so reps start on their own customers.
Reps learn on the deals they are working, and the manager on the forecast and reports.
After launch you reach out when you need something, or we agree on a fixed scope of work for each month.

I am a HubSpot consultant. I work in HubSpot every day: I implement it, train teams and connect it with the rest of the company’s systems. My advice comes from what has worked across dozens of portals.
It depends on the number of reps and whether you need sequences, forecasting and multiple pipelines. My recommendation is in the document after the workshop.
We’ll work it out on the call, once I know how you sell. You pay for the license separately, directly to HubSpot, and the cost depends on the edition and number of reps.
The sales manager joins the workshop, and reps join training, in 1.5-2 hour sessions. I set up the pipeline, sequences and import.
With Gmail and Outlook, yes: emails are logged on the contact and meetings on the deal. Reps can call from the contact record, and if you already have a phone system, I check whether it can be connected.
I move deals, people and history into HubSpot after a test import. Pipedrive stays available for reference as long as you need it.
Reps work their deals in HubSpot, and the spreadsheet on the side is no longer needed. The leadership forecast comes from the pipeline, without Excel.
