Audit before scope.
Discovery first - portal review, process mapping, integration audit. We tell you what's working before we tell you what to buy. If HubSpot isn't the right answer, we say that.
Fixed scope, fixed price.
Implementations and retainers come as defined packages with clear deliverables, timelines, and pricing - so finance knows what to expect and the build doesn't stall on scope debates.
Code where it matters.
Most work happens inside HubSpot. When something needs to go further - custom integrations, data sync, transforms beyond no-code - we ship Node or Python services on the same engagement, by the same team that scoped the work.
Past launch, into month four.
The workflows that need tuning, the integrations that need new endpoints, the reporting questions that surface once the team has been using it for a while - we stay through that part.

Is it really free? What's the catch?+
Genuinely free. If your scope makes sense and we look like a fit on both sides, we'll follow up about implementation. If not, you walk away with a clear direction you can act on either way.
What if my scope needs more than 30 minutes?+
We'll suggest a deeper paid audit workshop - a couple of hours that ends with a written diagnosis and roadmap document. The fee gets credited toward implementation if you decide to proceed.
Do I need to already use HubSpot?+
No. If you're evaluating HubSpot vs Pipedrive/Salesforce/Zoho, we'll discuss fit, costs, and migration path. We'll tell you honestly if HubSpot isn't right for you.
What happens after the call if we want to work together?+
Email summary within 24h with proposed scope, timeline, cost. Deeper paid audit workshop if scope is large. Otherwise direct to implementation kickoff. Standard NDA + DPA on request.
English or Polish?+
Either. Pick whichever you'd rather discuss your portal in - the call goes the same way. Written deliverables (summary email, scope docs, runbooks) we deliver in your preferred language.
What happens to what we share on the call?+
Notes go into our internal CRM so we can pick up the conversation later. Nothing you screen-share gets recorded or screenshotted. NDA on request before the call if your situation warrants it - just reply to the booking confirmation and we'll send one.
