2. Scope of services
Spectage provides HubSpot consulting and adjacent digital services, including:
- HubSpot CRM implementation, optimisation, and retainer engagements
- HubSpot portal audits
- CRM migrations to HubSpot (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, Bitrix, Mailchimp, Zendesk and others)
- HubSpot training and workshops
- Automations and integrations (Make.com, custom Node or Python services, native HubSpot workflows)
- Polish-market connectors (KSeF, Fakturownia, Symfonia, wFirma, GUS API)
- Other services related to HubSpot and digital marketing operations

4. Cancellation and refund policy
4.1 Cancelling a service. Clients may cancel ordered services before work has started at no cost. If a service is cancelled after work has begun, the client may be charged proportionally to work already performed.
4.2 Refunds. Refunds for unperformed services are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service, please contact us so we can find a satisfactory resolution.
4.3 Refund timing. Refunds for cancelled services are issued within 14 days of agreeing the refund terms, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless the client explicitly agrees to an alternative method.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 All intellectual property rights to materials created as part of our services remain the property of Spectage Gracjan Kasprzyk until full payment has been received.
5.2 Once full payment has been received, the rights to use and modify the delivered materials transfer to the client, unless the contract states otherwise.
6. Liability
6.1 We make every effort to deliver services to the highest standard, but we cannot guarantee specific business or marketing outcomes.
6.2 We are not liable for losses arising from the client's improper use of our services or deliverables.
7. Final provisions
7.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms. Clients will be notified of any changes by email or via a notice on our website.
7.2 Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by Polish law.
7.3 Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved amicably first; in the absence of an agreement, by the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.
