How we work
We start with quality automation on what already flows in: dedupe rules, format fixing, and validation on forms and imports, so enrichment does not get spent polishing duplicates. Then we layer enrichment: Breeze Intelligence on companies and contacts for firmographics and contact data, with external sources like Apollo added where coverage of your specific market needs it. Enrichment triggers on record creation and on a refresh cadence, not as a one-off import that decays.
On top we configure intent: identifying companies showing buying signals, visits, engagement patterns, and routing those signals into lists, scoring, and workflows that notify the right owner. For the Polish market we also draw on public registries where they beat commercial databases for company data.
Everything lands as CRM properties your automation can act on, which is the point: enriched data that sits still is just a bigger database bill.

How good is enrichment coverage for Polish and EU companies?
Weaker than for US data, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling. Coverage varies by provider and segment, which is why we test enrichment on a sample of your real records before committing credits at scale, and why we combine commercial sources with Polish public registries where those are simply more accurate.
Is enriching contact data compatible with GDPR?
It requires care, not avoidance. Company-level firmographics are the safe core; person-level enrichment needs a documented legal basis, proportionality, and honoring objections. We configure retention and consent fields alongside enrichment and keep the setup reviewable, but your data protection counsel owns the legal call, and we work to their line.
