A growing share of your buyers never see page one of Google - they ask an AI assistant and read one synthesized answer. If your content is vague marketing prose behind heavy scripts, answer engines cannot extract a citable claim from it, so the answer gets built from your competitors' pages instead. Traditional SEO rankings do not automatically transfer to being quoted.
How we work
We configure the technical layer first: schema markup - FAQ, organization, service and article types - in your HubSpot templates, semantic HTML that machines can parse without guessing, crawler access for AI bots reviewed deliberately rather than left to whatever the CDN defaults to, and clean metadata across the content that matters.
Then the content layer, which is where AEO is actually won: key pages restructured so each opens with a direct, quotable answer to the question it targets, FAQ blocks that mirror what buyers genuinely ask, and consistent entity information about your company across pages so engines can attribute claims correctly.

How is AEO different from the SEO work we already do?
SEO earns you a position in a list of links; AEO earns you a citation inside a synthesized answer. They share foundations - crawlability, structure, authority - but AEO adds requirements SEO never enforced: direct answers near the top of the page, extractable claims, and machine-readable structure. Good AEO work strengthens SEO as a side effect, not the reverse.
Can you measure whether AI engines actually cite us?
Partially, and we are honest about the limits. We test a defined set of buyer questions against the major engines before and after the work and log where you appear, and we watch referral traffic from AI surfaces. There is no equivalent of a rank tracker with guaranteed coverage yet - anyone promising exact AI visibility numbers is selling confidence, not measurement.
Does this require Content Hub, or does it work on our existing HubSpot site?
It works on any HubSpot-hosted content - website pages, landing pages, and blog. If your templates are locked or third-party, we scope the template work accordingly. Content Hub adds useful tooling around production, but the AEO fundamentals here are template and content work, not a tier feature.
