Marketing Operations as a Service

The problem this solves

Small marketing teams drown in operations: the campaign brief is ready but nobody has built the emails, the list is stale, the form does not route, the UTM convention exists only in one person's memory, and the monthly report takes two days to assemble by hand. Strategy and content, the work only your team can do, keeps losing calendar time to portal mechanics that someone else could run better and faster.

How we work

We become your marketing ops function inside HubSpot. The recurring core: campaigns set up end to end with emails, landing pages, forms, lists, and tracking; automation and nurture flows kept healthy; segmentation maintained as data changes; and campaign reporting assembled on a fixed monthly schedule instead of on demand. Requests flow through a shared backlog with agreed turnaround times, so your team always knows when something ships.

The working split is simple: you own strategy, message, and creative direction; we own execution mechanics and portal craft, including deliverability hygiene, UTM discipline, template quality, and QA before every send. Where your brief leaves a gap, we ask rather than guess.

Work runs within a monthly hour band sized to your campaign volume, flexing month to month within agreed limits. Structural builds, like a new nurture architecture, a website project, or an attribution overhaul, are scoped separately so campaign delivery never stalls behind a big build.

Deliverables

  • End-to-end campaign builds: emails, landing pages, forms, lists, tracking
  • Maintained automation and nurture flows
  • Segmentation and database upkeep
  • Monthly marketing performance report
  • Shared request backlog with agreed turnaround times
  • Send QA and deliverability hygiene on every campaign

What buyers ask before scoping.

What is included in the monthly retainer and what is a separate project?

Recurring campaign execution and upkeep is retainer work: builds, sends, list maintenance, automation fixes, reporting. Structural work with its own scope, such as a nurture architecture redesign, website development, or a migration, is a separate project. Borderline requests get flagged in the backlog review, so the call is made together and before the work starts.

Do you also write the campaign content?

By default you provide the copy and creative, and we adapt it to email and landing page formats, including light editing for length and structure. Full copywriting can be added to the engagement, but it is agreed explicitly rather than silently absorbed, because content hours and ops hours starve each other when mixed in one band.

What campaign volume makes this retainer worthwhile?

If you ship campaigns from HubSpot at least monthly and operations visibly eats your team's calendar, the retainer pays for itself in reclaimed strategy time. If you send a few times a year, per-project support is the more honest fit, and we will tell you which case you are in during the first conversation.

Sounds like your situation?

30 minutes, your calendar, no slide deck. We tell you honestly whether this module fits.
