Do we need specific HubSpot licensing for this?

The core of this work runs on HubSpot sequences, which come with Sales Hub Professional seats. If you are on a lower tier, we will tell you upfront what is achievable without sequences and whether an upgrade pays off at your outbound volume. As a HubSpot partner we can also handle the licensing side directly.

How is this different from Outbound Prospecting Training?

The training module is a project that builds the outbound motion and skills once: process, tooling, first sequences. This retainer assumes outbound is already running and iterates it every month based on results. Teams often do the training project first and move onto this retainer once the motion is live.
