RevOps Advisory
RevOps Advisory is a monthly advisory retainer for teams that execute revenue operations themselves but want experienced direction. We review your RevOps work in recurring sessions, pressure-test plans before you build them, answer the hard questions async, and bring patterns from the portals we have run since 2021. Your team keeps the wheel; we keep the map.
The problem this solves
Internal ops people are usually alone with their decisions. There is nobody to ask whether a lifecycle model will survive scale, whether a custom object is overkill, or how other companies solved the same routing problem, so decisions get made by forum thread and gut feel, and the expensive mistakes surface a year later as rework. Hiring senior RevOps just to look over shoulders makes no sense; going without any senior eyes costs more.
How we work
The format is deliberately light: a recurring monthly session plus an async line between sessions. In the session we review what your team shipped and what is planned, flag the decisions that deserve more scrutiny, and work through the current hard problem together, whether that is a data model choice, a scoring design, or a territory carve.
Between sessions, your ops team sends questions as they hit them and gets short, specific answers rather than consulting decks. Because we run implementations and RevOps retainers across many portals, most questions map to something we have already seen break or work elsewhere, and you get the pattern instead of a guess.
This retainer contains no execution: we do not touch your portal. That boundary is the point. The advice stays independent of any interest in selling build work, and your team keeps full ownership and full credit.

What buyers ask before scoping.
How is this different from Fractional RevOps Leadership?
With advisory, your team owns the agenda and executes; we advise and review. With fractional leadership, we own the agenda, chair the cadence, and manage execution. Advisory fits companies with a capable internal RevOps owner; fractional fits companies where that seat is effectively empty.
Who on our side should join the sessions?
Whoever owns RevOps execution: an ops manager, a HubSpot admin, sometimes a founder in smaller companies. Keep the circle small. This is a working session over live problems, not a steering committee, and it works best when the people in the room are the ones who will implement what gets decided.
Can you jump in hands-on when something urgent breaks?
Not inside this retainer, and that boundary protects the advice. Urgent hands-on work gets scoped as a separate piece, or handled under a Portal Admin or RevOps delivery retainer if you run one alongside. We will diagnose and point precisely in the async line either way, which often resolves the urgency on its own.
