The problem this solves
An agent with no access to customer history writes generic copy, and the team quietly stops using it. An agent with broad permissions and no handoff rules answers a case a person should have handled, and after one bad conversation nobody trusts it again.
How I work
I pick the processes where an agent makes sense: lots of repetitive cases and data it can work from. I assign each one to a Breeze agent in HubSpot, such as the Prospecting Agent or the Customer Agent, or to a custom tool on Claude when the process goes beyond HubSpot.
For each agent I write down what it can do on its own, what it can’t and when it hands the case to a person. We agree which data it uses, because answer quality depends on it, and which permissions it gets. The launch plan has a person approving the output at the start, and we expand the scope by written criteria.
What you get
- Processes chosen for agents, with reasoning
- Each agent’s scope: what it does alone, what it doesn’t, when it hands off
- Data sources for each agent
- Handoff rules and permissions
- A launch plan with human approval and criteria for expanding scope
