ERP, E-commerce, Invoicing and CRM Integration

Orders, invoices and customer data match in every system, and nobody retypes them by hand.

The problem this solves

Someone enters a store order into the ERP, then into the invoicing tool, and checks payment status in yet another app. Each system has its own version of the customer, and the month-end report depends on the one person who knows where to look.

How I work

First I map which system is the source for each piece of information: customer, order, invoice and payment. We agree on what flows where, in which direction and what triggers each transfer. Without that, systems start overwriting each other.

Then I connect them one at a time. I check for an existing integration first, build simpler connections in Make and write custom code in Node or Python on AWS where the logic or data volume calls for it. Typical connections include e-commerce platforms, invoicing and accounting tools, ERP systems, Magento and Stripe. HubSpot isn’t required, because I also connect the systems a company already runs on. Every connection has a log and an alert, and writes are safe to retry, so the same record is never created twice.

What you get

  • A connection map with the source system for every piece of information
  • Connections through existing integrations, Make or custom code
  • Documented data transformation and mapping rules
  • Retry-safe writes with no duplicate records
  • An operations log and an alert to the person you choose
  • Documentation of the setup for your team or IT department

What people ask before a quote

Does this work without HubSpot?

Yes. I connect ERP, e-commerce and invoicing systems for companies on other CRMs or with no CRM at all.

When Make, and when custom code?

Make works for simple connections your team can change later on its own. I write custom code for high data volumes, complex transformations or a system with an unusual API. One integration often uses both.

How long does it take to integrate several systems?

It depends on the number of systems and connections and on the quality of the data in each. I give you a timeline once the connection map is done.
