The problem this solves

Employees paste questions about pricing, products and procedures into ChatGPT on personal accounts. The answers are generic or wrong, because the model doesn’t know your documents, and company files end up in tools you don’t control.

How I work

The questions your team asks most often come first: who asks, about what, and which documents the answer should come from. We also agree on which data the assistant must never see and where data is processed.

I build the assistant on Claude with custom code in Node or Python, on AWS. I prepare your documents, price lists and procedures so the assistant answers from them and cites the source. Only the people you choose have access, and conversations are logged. Before handover I test the assistant on questions from your team, and at first a person approves every answer that goes out to customers.

Then it should say it doesn’t know, and I check for that in testing before handover. No model is free of mistakes, which is why at first a person approves answers that go out to customers.

An assistant answers questions and prepares drafts, and a person makes the decision. An agent carries out steps in other systems on its own. Most companies start with an assistant because it’s easier to trust, and its knowledge base will serve an agent later.
