The problem this solves
HubSpot decisions land on the people running the company: which edition to renew, whether a new Breeze feature can replace a paid tool, whether to build a custom object. A wrong call shows up later as a license nobody uses or a data model that blocks reporting.
How I work
We meet regularly with the people who make HubSpot decisions, usually the owner, the head of sales or the operations lead. Before each meeting I review the portal, progress on the plan and the changes HubSpot has rolled out. In the meeting we go through the decisions on the table and set priorities for the next period.
Between meetings I answer questions about integrations, other vendors’ offers, license renewals or team changes that affect the CRM. My advice draws on what has worked across 50+ portals. Your team or another contractor does the hands-on work. When a decision turns into a project, I can quote it separately or write a brief for whoever takes it on.
What you get
- Regular meetings with a prepared agenda and notes
- A HubSpot roadmap tied to company goals
- Recommendations before a license renewal
- Written opinions on integrations and tools around HubSpot
