The portal grew over the years, and several people set it up. Workflows fire for reasons nobody remembers, the same field exists in three versions, and before every change the admin wonders what will break.
How I work
I work directly in your portal. I document every workflow: what it does, what triggers it and whether anyone knows why it exists. I check properties on every object for duplicates, naming and whether anyone fills them in. I review teams and permissions, plus the settings that fail quietly: the tracking code, sync errors and records owned by people who have left the company.
I change nothing during the review. Every finding gets a severity rating and an hour estimate for the fix. We go over the report together, and then it stays with you as a map of the portal for whoever runs it next.
