Train the team that's using your HubSpot.
Hands-on sessions on your portal, with your data, mapped to the roles that actually use the platform. Rollouts often stall at adoption, not configuration - so we treat training as part of the build, not an afterthought.
Formats we run
Pick how your team learns best.
Onboarding cohort
New team, new portal. A guided sequence of live sessions that walks the team from blank portal to working day-to-day. Sales reps, marketers, and admins each get their own track, with checkpoints between sessions.
Typically 4-6 sessions over 2-3 weeks
Custom workshop
Specific gap, specific session. Lead scoring, reporting, workflow logic, attribution, lifecycle stages - whatever the team needs to level up on. We build the workshop around your portal and the questions your team already has.
Half-day or full-day · On-site or remote
Recorded course
For larger teams or for onboarding new hires after launch. We record a curriculum on your actual portal, deliver it as videos plus written cheat sheets, and your team can revisit it whenever someone joins the company.
Yours to keep · Re-record on update
How a training engagement runs
Assess → Design → Run → Reinforce.
Assess
Audit the team's current use
Short interviews with reps, marketers, and admins. Where the portal hurts, what's avoided, what's faked. The gap list becomes the syllabus.
Design
Tailor the syllabus to your portal
No generic HubSpot 101 deck. The training uses your pipelines, your properties, your workflows - so the moment someone goes back to their desk, the screen they see matches the slides.
Run
Live sessions, recorded
Live (remote or on-site) with hands-on exercises. Every session is recorded and clipped, so the team has a permanent reference and new hires can catch up later.
Reinforce
Cheat sheets + a follow-up window
One-page cheat sheets for the workflows that actually matter day-to-day. Plus a 30-day window after the last session where the team can ask follow-up questions and we answer in writing.

Common questions
What teams usually ask about trainings.
Do you run trainings standalone, or only as part of implementation?+
Both. Trainings are included as part of a full implementation engagement, and we also run them standalone for teams that already have HubSpot but never got proper onboarding. Plenty of portals were configured years ago and the people using them today never met the consultant who set them up.
How long does a training engagement take?+
An onboarding cohort is usually 4-6 live sessions across 2-3 weeks. A single custom workshop is half a day or a full day. A recorded course depends on scope - typical curriculum is 6-10 hours of finished video.
Can the recordings be hosted in our LMS?+
Yes. We can deliver as raw video files, host them in HubSpot's Knowledge Base or Learning Center, or hand them off in the format your LMS expects (SCORM-compatible export available on request).
Do you train in Polish or English?+
Both. Polish for Polish teams, English for international or mixed teams. Recordings can be subtitled in either language. The cheat sheets are written in the language the team works in.
What about new hires after the initial training?+
The recordings + cheat sheets are the long-term answer. For larger teams we also build a 'first 30 days' onboarding track in HubSpot that auto-enrols new hires - so new joiners get the right videos at the right moment, without anyone running a session every time someone starts.
