The problem this solves
A service agent switches between the inbox, the CRM and a spreadsheet to answer one question. Everyone picks their own next ticket. The answer to the same question gets written from scratch each time, a little different every time.
How I work
I start by looking at how your team splits the work, whether by queue, product, language or customer size. Around that split, I set up team and personal views in Help Desk, sorted by SLA deadline. Conversations from email, chat and forms land in the same place. Before the switch, I record response time and tickets handled, so we can compare the same report after launch.
Then I collect your team’s best answers and turn them into snippets and templates. We agree on how to write internal comments, so whoever takes over a ticket knows what has been done. I train the team on its own portal and tickets, in 1.5-2 hour sessions, and leave a short cheat sheet for each role. I record the training if you ask.

- Team and personal views in Help Desk
- Tickets sorted by SLA deadline
- Email, chat and forms in one place
