The problem this solves
Most HubSpot rollouts stall at adoption, not configuration. The portal is set up, the licenses are paid, and three weeks later the sales team is back in spreadsheets because nobody showed them how the CRM maps to their actual workday. Untrained teams log activities inconsistently, skip pipeline updates, and quietly stop logging in, which means the dashboards leadership paid for are built on missing data.
How we work
We start with a short assessment: interviews with the people who will use the portal, plus a look at how it is configured. The gap list becomes the syllabus. There is no generic HubSpot 101 deck; the training uses your pipelines, your properties, and your workflows, so the screen people practice on is exactly the screen they see the next morning.
Sessions run live, remote or on-site, with hands-on exercises in every block. A typical core track is 4 to 6 sessions over 2 to 3 weeks, sequenced so the team can apply each session before the next one lands. Every session is recorded and clipped into short topic videos for reference and future hires.
You walk away with a team that can work a full day in HubSpot without asking for help: creating and updating records, moving deals through the pipeline, logging activities, using tasks and views, and reading the standard reports for their role.
