The problem this solves
Internal ops people are usually alone with their decisions. There is nobody to ask whether a lifecycle model will survive scale, whether a custom object is overkill, or how other companies solved the same routing problem, so decisions get made by forum thread and gut feel, and the expensive mistakes surface a year later as rework. Hiring senior RevOps just to look over shoulders makes no sense; going without any senior eyes costs more.
How we work
The format is deliberately light: a recurring monthly session plus an async line between sessions. In the session we review what your team shipped and what is planned, flag the decisions that deserve more scrutiny, and work through the current hard problem together, whether that is a data model choice, a scoring design, or a territory carve.
Between sessions, your ops team sends questions as they hit them and gets short, specific answers rather than consulting decks. Because we run implementations and RevOps retainers across many portals, most questions map to something we have already seen break or work elsewhere, and you get the pattern instead of a guess.
This retainer contains no execution: we do not touch your portal. That boundary is the point. The advice stays independent of any interest in selling build work, and your team keeps full ownership and full credit.
