HubSpot Implementation

I run the whole implementation: a workshop and license selection, portal setup, data migration and team training.

When it makes sense to talk

Customers in inboxes and spreadsheets

Every rep keeps their own list. When someone leaves, the customer history leaves with them.

Reports built by hand

A leadership question about open deals turns into hours in Excel.

A CRM you have outgrown

It worked at first, but now sales, marketing and service each run on separate tools.

What I set up in HubSpot scope set in the workshop

Sales

Pipelines and tasks

Deal stages that mean the same thing to every rep, plus tasks and reminders.

Marketing

Forms and campaigns

A form lead goes straight to the right rep, and the report shows where it came from.

Service

Tickets

Every ticket has an owner and a due date, and its history sits on the customer record.

Data

Data model and reports

Companies, contacts and deals structured for the reports leadership needs.

Website

Website on HubSpot

A site on HubSpot CMS with forms that feed straight into the CRM.

AI

AI agents in HubSpot

Breeze summarizes customer history, does research and drafts emails.

How the implementation works

  1. 1

    Free consultation30 minutes

You tell me how you run sales and service today and what you want to change. I outline what the implementation would look like for you.

  2. 2

    Pre-implementation workshop1.5-2 hour sessions

We go through your processes, data and surrounding systems. You get an implementation document: which licenses to buy, how the system will look and how it will work. The document is yours to keep.

  3. 3

    Setup and dataPer the document

You buy the license and I set up the portal: pipelines, properties, views, workflows and reports. I move data from your old system or spreadsheets with the customer history, always after a test import.

  4. 4

    Training1.5-2 hour sessions

I train your team in your portal, on your data. Each role learns what it uses every day.

  5. 5

Ongoing supportOn demand or on a retainer

After launch you reach out when you need something, or we agree on a fixed scope of work for each month.

Questions before an implementation

How much does implementation cost?

It depends on scope: how many hubs, how much data to move and which integrations. You get a quote after the workshop, along with the implementation document.

How much is the HubSpot license?

You pay HubSpot directly. The cost depends on the hubs, editions and number of seats. My license recommendation is in the document after the workshop.

How long does it take?

It depends on scope. I give you a timeline in the implementation document, after the workshop.

How much of my team's time will it take?

The workshop and the training, in 1.5-2 hour sessions. I handle the setup, data import and integrations.

Will my team use it?

I set the portal up around your process and train on your data, so people learn on what they work with every day. After launch we collect feedback and I fix what gets in the way.

Can you move data from our current CRM?

Yes. Contacts, companies, deals and history, from other CRMs and from spreadsheets. I run a test import first and compare record counts on both sides.
