The problem this solves
Marketing reports sends, clicks and visits, and leadership asks about revenue. Contact sources are recorded inconsistently, campaigns are only partly tagged, and the answer to which channels bring in customers is a spreadsheet and a guess.
How I work
Attribution is calculated from the data contacts leave behind, so I start there. I fix sources where possible, set up a UTM and campaign standard going forward and make sure the date a contact enters each lifecycle stage is saved automatically, because without those dates you can’t measure the funnel.
Then I build the reports: campaigns tied to contacts and deals, channels and sources compared by pipeline and revenue, conversion and time between lifecycle stages, and attribution as far as your edition and data allow. Every report has a written definition. At the end I walk through the dashboards with the people who will present them to leadership.
What you get
- Fixed contact sources and a UTM standard
- Campaign reports tied to contacts and deals
- Channels and sources compared by pipeline and revenue
- Conversion and time between lifecycle stages
- Attribution reports matched to your edition and data
- Metric definitions and a walkthrough with the people who present reports
