The problem this solves
Outbound without structure decays into random acts of email. Reps prospect in bursts when the pipeline looks thin, sequences get cloned with the wrong merge fields, follow-ups slip because nothing queues them, and every rep keeps their own private list in a spreadsheet. Activity looks busy, but replies stay flat and nobody can say which approach is working, because none of it is measured in one place.
How we work
We train the outbound motion end to end inside HubSpot. It starts with targeting: building and maintaining prospect lists from your ICP criteria, so reps pull from a shared, prioritised pool instead of personal spreadsheets. Then sequencing: structure, spacing, and the personalisation that makes step one feel written rather than generated, using the context already sitting in your CRM records.
The daily mechanics get equal weight. Reps practice working task queues so follow-ups happen on schedule, logging outcomes so the data feeds reporting, and handling replies, bounces, and not-now responses without breaking the sequence logic. Managers get the reporting side: which sequences convert, which reps need coaching, and where in the cadence prospects drop off.
Sessions run live on your portal with reps working real prospects during the exercises, so the training produces actual outreach, not just knowledge. Recordings and cheat sheets stay with the team.
