A forecast counted by hand
Leadership asks for this month’s forecast, and a rep scrolls the board counting items marked “Negotiation.”
I move contacts, companies and deals from your sales boards, along with what was agreed in Updates. Sales gets a pipeline with defined stages, and the boards stay available for reference.

The customer sits on the leads board, the pipeline and the onboarding tracker, with a different phone number on each.
Call notes live in one item’s Updates. Whoever takes over the customer has to dig through the comments.
I split each board item into associated HubSpot objects. Duplicates from several boards merge into one contact and one company.
Each column maps to a contact, company or deal property. Lead source goes into HubSpot’s source field, so reports cover old data too.
Status labels become pipeline stages. Each stage gets a description of what has to happen before a deal can enter it.
Updates move as notes with their original date and author, and attachments become files on the contact or deal.
I rebuild the automations you rely on every day. One HubSpot workflow covers the contact, company and deal at once.
Projects can stay in monday.com. A won deal creates an item on the delivery board through Make or custom code.
IntegrationsYou tell me which boards sales works in and what should stay in monday.com. I tell you what I would move to HubSpot.
I go through boards and columns. We decide which columns become properties and which status labels become deal stages.
This shows how many duplicates need merging. Reps run through their daily routine on their own customers.
I move the data into the live portal, and on switchover day reps start working deals in HubSpot. The link to the delivery board goes live the same day.
HubSpot deals can also be viewed as a board with stage columns, so that is where I start.
After launch you reach out when you need something, or we agree on a fixed scope of work for each month.

I am a HubSpot consultant. I work in HubSpot every day: I implement it, train teams and connect it with the rest of the company’s systems. My advice comes from what has worked across dozens of portals.
It depends on the number of sales boards, columns and duplicates across boards. I give you a timeline after data mapping.
Yes, as notes with their original date and author, and attachments as files on the contact or deal. A standard file import loses this part, so I move it separately.
Yes. Sales moves to HubSpot and the project boards stay. Customer data from a won deal reaches the delivery board without retyping.
No. Reps work in monday.com until switchover day, then find their deals and history in HubSpot.
They stay available next to the delivery boards, but sales no longer creates new items there.
We’ll work it out on the call, once I know your boards. You pay for the HubSpot license separately, directly to HubSpot.
