Smart CRM is the foundation - the data model, objects, properties and automation every Hub sits on. Sales Hub is the selling layer on top: pipeline, forecasting, prospecting. Most teams build the CRM foundation first, then add the Hubs - often in one engagement.

Our portal is already a mess. Can you fix it, or do we start over?

Usually we fix, not rebuild. We audit what you have, keep what works, and re-architect the parts that don't - deduping, restructuring properties, fixing broken automation. A full teardown is rare and we would tell you if it is genuinely the cheaper path.

Can you migrate our data from another CRM?

What licenses do we need?

The Smart CRM foundation runs on any HubSpot tier. Which Hubs and tiers you add on top depends on what you do with it - we right-size that in discovery, because underbuying creates pain and overbuying ties up budget.

How long does it take?

A clean foundation moves fast. A messy portal, a migration and multiple integrations stretch it. We commit to a date in the scope doc and hit it - usually it is data quality, not our pace, that moves the timeline.
