HubSpot Content Hub Implementation

Your whole company website runs on HubSpot CMS, and every form saves the contact in the CRM your sales team uses. Marketing edits content and adds landing pages on its own.

What companies come to me with

Forms that end in an email

A website inquiry waits in an inbox until someone retypes it into the CRM, and some get lost along the way.

Every change waits for a developer

A new campaign landing page means a request and a wait, and marketing can’t fix even a headline on its own.

No idea which content sells

Analytics shows visits, the CRM shows deals, and nobody knows which page led to a sales conversation.

What I set up in Content Hub scope set in the workshop

Planning

Site structure

The sitemap, pages and contact points arranged around how your customers make decisions.

Theme

A custom React theme

Modules written for your site that marketing edits in the HubSpot editor. spectage.co runs on a theme like this.

Migration

Moving your current site

A content and URL inventory, a redirect map and metadata carried over from the old site. After launch, I check indexing.

Forms

A website connected to the CRM

A form saves the contact with the visit source, and can start a workflow and assign the lead to a rep.

Marketing Hub
AEO

Visibility in AI answers

Content structured so AI assistants cite your company, plus a HubSpot tool that shows whether they do.

Performance

A fast, accessible site

I check Core Web Vitals, image weight, semantic HTML and accessibility before publishing.

How the implementation works

I teach your team to add pages, blog posts and landing pages from ready-made modules, on your own site, in 1.5-2 hour sessions.

  5. 5

Ongoing supportOn demand or on a retainer

After launch you reach out when you need something, or we agree on a fixed scope of work for each month.

Questions before building a website on HubSpot CMS

Is HubSpot CMS good enough for a full company website?

Yes. The site runs on the same CRM as marketing and sales, and a form saves the contact, source and visit history in one place. The site you are on runs on HubSpot CMS too.

Which Content Hub edition should we choose?

It depends on whether you need member-only areas, gated content and multiple languages. My recommendation is in the document after the workshop.

How much does a website on HubSpot CMS cost?

We’ll work it out on the call, once I know your site and how much content needs to move. You pay for the Content Hub license separately, directly to HubSpot.

How much work is on our side?

The workshop, design approval and training for your content team, in 1.5-2 hour sessions. I handle the theme, modules and content migration.

Our site is on WordPress. What happens to it?

I move it to HubSpot CMS: first a URL inventory and redirect map, then an indexing check after launch. If the site needs to stay for now, I connect its forms to HubSpot.

What is AEO?

Preparing content so AI assistants point to your company when someone asks about products or services like yours. In HubSpot, I set up brand visibility tracking and structured data.
