Advanced Role-Based HubSpot Training

Sales, marketing, admins and managers each get their own sessions on the tools that role uses every day.

The problem this solves

Your team knows the basics but goes no further. Marketing doesn’t trust attribution reports, the admin copies workflows they don’t understand, and the manager asks about the pipeline in meetings because they can’t read it from the dashboard. You pay for Professional and use it like Starter.

How I work

I split the team into tracks by role and go deeper in each one. Reps practice sequences, task queues and keeping deals in order. Marketing works on campaigns, lists, workflows and attribution. The admin learns property structure, permissions, workflow troubleshooting and what the integrations do. Managers learn to read the forecast and rep activity data and to build dashboards for meetings.

Before the sessions I collect the tasks that take each group too much time and build exercises from them. Sessions are online, 1.5-2 hours each, in your portal and on your reports. Each track can be booked on its own.

What you get

  • A separate track program for each role
  • Online 1.5-2 hour sessions for sales, marketing, admins and managers
  • Exercises on your records, reports and workflows
  • A write-up of agreed working practices for each role
  • Session recordings on request

What people ask before a quote

How do these tracks differ from onboarding training?

Onboarding training covers the basics of daily work for everyone. Role tracks assume the basics are in place and go deep into one group’s tools, such as sequences or attribution.

Can we book just one track?

Yes. The admin track on its own is useful, for example, when a new person takes over the portal.

How much does role-based training cost?

We’ll work it out on the call, once I know your process.
