HubSpot Portal Administration and Ongoing Support

Your portal has someone who knows its setup and makes changes as needed, each logged with a description and hours.

  • phasePlatform Management
  • engagementRetainer

The problem this solves

A portal without an admin piles up duplicate properties, workflows left by people who quit and permissions that no longer fit the team. People learn to work around small glitches until a form or a sync stops working, and the cause is buried under months of backlog.

How I work

Support has two parts. On an ongoing basis I handle your team’s requests: new users and permissions, changes to pipelines and properties, fixes to workflows and reports. On top of that I regularly review properties, lists, workflows and integration errors before anyone spots a problem in a report.

I also track the changes HubSpot rolls out to your portal. I put the useful ones in place and flag the ones that need your decision. A portal set up by someone else starts with a review, so I know what’s configured and why. You pay through an hours package, a fixed monthly scope or a mix of both.

What you get

  • A starting portal review with a write-up of the setup
  • Ongoing changes to users, permissions, pipelines and properties
  • Regular reviews of properties, lists, workflows and integration errors
  • HubSpot updates put in place or flagged for a decision
  • A description of every change with the hours spent

What people ask before a quote

What’s included in support, and what’s a separate project?

Support covers maintaining and fixing what already works: properties, workflows, users and small automations. A new hub, a migration, an integration or a pipeline rebuild gets its own scope and quote. I tell you where the line is before I start the work.

Another company set up our portal. Is that a problem?

No. I start with a review and document what’s set up and how it works. That way the portal no longer depends on whoever built it.

How much does portal support cost?

We’ll work it out on the call, once I know your process. You pay for the HubSpot license separately, directly to HubSpot.

After you submit the form, you pick a time in my calendar. I prepare the scope and a quote after the call.
