The problem this solves
Store orders don’t reach the CRM, invoices live in another system, and the email tool keeps its own contact list that drifts further from HubSpot every week. Often a ready-made integration exists, and nobody has set it up properly.
How I work
For each system I choose how to connect it: a HubSpot marketplace app, Data Sync or a built-in integration for email, calendars or ad accounts. When a ready-made integration covers what you need, I go with it, because the vendor maintains it and there’s no code to watch.
Installing is the small part. Most of the work is decisions: which fields to map, which direction to sync, how to merge duplicates and which system wins in a conflict. I test every integration on your records and document its limits, including the point where a ready-made integration stops being enough.
What you get
- Your systems, each with the chosen way to connect it
- Marketplace apps and Data Sync set up
- Field mapping and conflict rules for each integration
- A sync test on your records
- A write-up of settings and limits
- A recommendation for connections that need custom code
