A surprising number of portals run for months with the basics missing: reps not connected to email so activity never logs, no tracking code on the website, default pipeline stages nobody agreed on, one shared login for the whole team, currency settings from the wrong country. The team concludes HubSpot does not work, when the portal was simply never set up.
How we work
We configure the portal end to end: account defaults, domains and tracking code, users and teams with sensible permission sets, personal and shared email connections, calendar sync and meeting scheduling pages, plus the CRM basics - pipelines, core properties, filtered views, and record layouts per team.
We work through it with the people who will use the portal, not around them. Email connection and DNS steps usually require your IT; we prepare exact instructions and stay on the call until things actually connect. The setup follows the same checklist we have refined across 30+ portals since 2021.
