The problem this solves
Your service team works out of a shared inbox. Two people reply to the same customer, while another email waits because everyone assumed someone else had it. When the person handling your biggest customers is on vacation, their issues stall.
How I work
After the free consultation, I run a pre-implementation workshop with whoever leads your service team. We look at which channels requests come through, who handles them and when a request counts as closed. Categories, ticket statuses and a license recommendation go into the implementation document.
Once you buy the license, I connect inboxes, chat and forms, and set up the ticket pipeline, routing and properties for request categories. I start with one pipeline your team understands and expand it when the need comes up. I train your service team on its own tickets, in 1.5-2 hour sessions, and leave a basic report with ticket volume, response time and open requests.
What you get
- Inboxes, chat and forms connected to HubSpot
- A ticket pipeline with statuses from the implementation document
- Routing that gives every ticket an owner
- Properties for request categories
- A ticket volume and response time report
- Training for your service team on its own tickets
